Microsoft wireless receiver 700 v2

With the W10 update yesterday 11/8/18 I can no longer use my wireless keyboard and mouse. 700 v2 . we used to be able to install generic driver now even that option has gone... very frustrating,, any ideas?

That doesn't appear to be a correct update number. I've just updated 3 computers to Version 1803 Build 17134.165 using KB4338819. Or is that number for the mouse/keyboard wireless transceiver?

Yes it the Model number of the mouse /receiver.

USA uses MM/DD/YYYY so our 07/10/2018 would be your 10/07/2018.

Looks like you are about 15 hours ahead of us so it's already tomorrow just past noon there.

exactly....not 11/8/18 or 8/11/18......both are wrong....it's July....not November or August yet.
