SOLVED Yahoo mail stopped working in Outlook

I am using windows 10 and have a yahoo account. This is in Outlook. All of a sudden this keeps popping up and I can't seem to fix it.

My password is correct. The Yahoo mail works fine when opening from the browser. I checked the server settings and they are correct. THere is a message about not being able to connect to server.

Your logon requires authentication so make sure that Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (spa) is checked

For your outgoing server SMTP you could try 587 instead of 465 (both ought to work fine)

The outgoing also requires authentication

SPA was off and I went to 465 outgoing. All is well.
