Tried four times to install v1903, failed at 60%. Help!!!! MS case #1466789459 3/25/2019 and MS case #1479599697 8/5/2019! Have talked to MS people several times, they have NOT helped! How can I stop the PC from continuing to re-down load v1903 every day?
Ran “troubleshoot”,“device manager”, “checkdisk”, “DISM.exe \ ~~~~~~~\Restorehealth” removed camera, printer, etc.
