A problem with Google Chrome email.

First of all, I love Chrome, its great. The problem is, when I enter a command to search for a particular subject, I usually get a screen full of other questions relating to the one I have asked. Some times I keep on clicking new offers for ages without getting the wanted answer. Chrome was never like this. Perhaps I may have reconfigured it somehow to alter the way it responds. I would be delighted if someone could help.

So this doesn't have anything to do with E-Mail/Gmail?

Most browser Search engines have a setting to turn off suggestions. I don't use Chrome but Firefox has it in Provide search suggestions. It may also be helpful to use an Ad Blocker program.
