I have removed all my accounts using "netplwiz" option. Now my user name stayes on when I turn on my computer but no password is correct. I can't log in on my computer. I changed my password on live.com but eaven that doesn't work. Help please! Thank you!

You may be left with only a single option..... Enabling the hidden Admin account to rescue your PC.

Read the post, then read the article that I linked to in that post.
At least you may be able to login in as administrator and straighten out your other user account password issues.
