app store stopped working??

Hi all I have upgraded to windows 10 from 8 on my laptop, but now my app store and apps will not work, does anyone know how to fix this?

Mine is doing same thing when i first downloaded windows 10 it worked fine. Then it quit, i cannot get the screen to pop up for tablet mode either like it first did when i would hit the Windows key on keyboard.
