There is nothing native in Windows 10 that I'm aware of that supports disk imaging, there is however a means natively to create a System Image which will take care of your System Reserved partition and your OS partition but I don't believe it supports imaging the whole drive if you have additional data partitions, I suspect those would need to be backed up using the other part of the native backup utility. I may be wrong, as I'm not a very big fan of the Windows System Image / Backup utilities and choose instead to use third party software to perform this type of task.
There are a number of third party options that do support imaging an entire disk https://www.windows10forums.com/threads/please-for-your-own-peace-of-mind.794/
I still use the Backup and Restore (Windows 7) utility to create my system images. Microsoft has never changed its designation after Windows 8 came out. Not exactly sure why they continue to indicate Windows 7.
