What are we suppose to do with that. I mean......

Is this a Desktop, Laptop, Tablet or other mobile device?
Specifics as to the manufacturer, model name and number?
Did it come with Windows 10 installed?
How long has the problem existed?
Had the device been operating properly, prior to this issue?
Which version and build number?
Anything immediately precede the problem (update, upgrade, software install or removal, hardware install or removal, driver update)?

Do you have a Repair Disk or Installation Media that you can use to boot the system to troubleshoot or repair the system?
