I am not a gamer at all.
I did play a few games such as pinballs, Lara Croft Go, etc. But the selection in Windows Store is by no means comparable to Google Store.
BlueStacks allows me to play android games in my Windows PC.
I have just installed it. It took quite a few steps initializing, signing in to google account, allowing permissions etc etc.
I have just installed Angry Birds and play a few stages.

It's a handy app - I've used it to play "Fallout Shelter" and it works really well. It was a little difficult to zoom in and out in some apps on my desktop (even once I assigned a hotkey), but the touchscreen was replicated really well on my Surface Pro.
