Have episodic bluetooth failure but discovered a temporary fix at the Dell site. I have a Dell XPS 8930 plugged into a surge protector. Unplugging the pc and holding the start button for 10+ sec, and repeating the process once, reinstalls bluetooth. The problem seems more frequent recently and, though the fix only takes a few minutes, how best to deal with it. I assume it has something to do with static electricity. I suppose routinely doing the fix would work but any other suggestions on eliminating the problem?
