I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. With 7 I was able to use my Jawbone Jambox Bluetooth speaker but now I can't pair my laptop with the speaker. Any ideas?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
You are probably going to need the software driver packages required to support your device(s).
If you are using native Bluetooth, built into your laptop, then you will need to go to your laptop manufacturer's website support page and install the latest driver for your integrated Bluetooth
If you are using a third party dongle, then you will need to go to the device manufacturer's website support page and install the latest driver for your third party Bluetooth dongle.
