I got it no watermark or expiration date. Probably one CU away from RTM.

The most significant thing I've noticed about this build is that there is no watermark on the desktop and no expiration date in Winver.
I wonder if they are trying to tell us something??

I typed that reply two hours ago and then a friend came over to pick up a computer and when I moved my mouse I noticed that I hadn't posted it yet, so I hit the reply button and didn't notice you had basically mentioned the same thing.

Dona says in the blog that the watermark is removed as part of getting ready for RTM.

Yes that we will get a CU on July 15th, I believe making it the RTM

Three weeks from today... No more "free upgrade" and then the following Tuesday August 2nd.
Seems like they have plenty of time for a couple more builds

That is contrary to what I read yesterday. I read that the Insiders will get it on July 15th, I believe we got 10240 and 10586 before the GP. We may just get more CU's. This last update took me 5 attempts , I would rather not go through that again..

Actually we got both 10240 and 10586 before General Availability. We didn't necessarily know it at the time but we did.
I suspect Redstone will be the same.
A sure sign might be....
IF we start getting new builds labeled rs_2 indicating that we are on to the Second Wave of Redstone releases.

When RS1 goes final I am jumping ship.
