SOLVED Can Not Enter BIOS

I have entered BIOS many times but now I can not. Previously, tapping the delete key or F2 on start up would open BIOS. Now it will not I have tried many times. I have tried from restart as well as from shut down. I wish to change the boot order but am stymied. Any suggestions?

Have you tried disabling fast startup in Windows 10, Control Panel, Power Options, Choose what the power buttons do, down near the bottom, uncheck the box?
Holding the F2 key in advance of pressing the power button?
Removing all external power, holding the power button for 30 seconds or so to discharge any residual energy?
I've even had to pop out the CMOS battery on occasion to get the darn thing to cooperate.

That worked. Did not have to remove the battery. Thanks once again. Even works on restart.
