SOLVED Cannot access Hotmail

Hello Experts

I have a new Dell computer xps-8910 with Windows 10 Prof

I have trouble to access HOTMAIL, ONE Drive with rhe same credentials I use to login to system.

I can access Hotmail account via Browser , ans System does not let me in

I 'm able to access all that from my old system I plan to retire

What steps I need to do to fix problem
