Hi. I am unable to drag and drop icons in Windows Explorer (not with my mouse, not with trackpad, not on touchscreen). IE can't drag a jpg file from desktop into a Powerpoint. Can't drag a file to Recycle bin. Also, can't move emails in Outlook into folders by dragging them. I can, however, drag anything in Photoshop (layers, images etc). I have rebooted my computer. This has happened before and it just got better. But I'd rather have a permanent solution.
