Cant enter password

I am unable to enter my password. It is as if num locks is on. I’ve reset my pc. Restarted. Etc. The keyboard and mouse are definitely working. I’ve seen questions and answers about this elsewhere that have not been helpful. I need help with this.

Have you attempted to use the On-screen Keyboard?
Along the bottom of the login screen you should see a couple icons.
Click the Ease Of Access and from there select the on screen keyboard
See if you can use that to enter your password.
