Can't get back to Windows 7

I downloaded Windows 10 beta about two months ago and I installed it from a DVD I'd made on Friday: I was asked for Product Code to activate it but did not have this. I then Selected Recovery to revert to Windows 7 but was told that I could not do this till I had removed new accounts of this apparently I had one: Said I had created one account: IIS APPPOOL\defaultAppPool - I have tried to find this account through a search of my computer but no result! I had a look under Windows on C: drive by]ut no sign of AppPool with the IIS section. Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated.
BTW when I run my MS Office Outlook all my emails, email addresses and accounts have gone!
