Can't Print

Cannot print from CD to EPSON printer.

Hi taffy, welcome to the forums. Could you please explain in more detail what the problem seems to be please? What does the CD contain, what are you using to open it and what is the error you get when trying to print - these would be the first questions that come to mind .

Hi Ian,thanks for reply.CD contains CRAFT CD CRAFT IMAGES.DVD RW DRIVE D PUPPIES.Message comes up
Before you can perform print-related tasks such as a page set up or printing document you need to install a printer.
Printer has been installed.

Thank taffy. If you go to Start > Settings >Devices, does anything show up under the "Printers" list?

Does the Craft CD contain images that you can open in any software you want, or does it run a piece of software on the CD to allow you to print?

If it's the latter, you could try running it in Windows 7 compatibility mode (tutorial) and see if that helps.
