Can't set up Voice Recognition with Windows 10.

I'm trying to set up Voice Recognition with Windows 10. I can't seem to find out how to do it after I have removed all those stupid boxes that come with Windows 10 on it's home screen. I've changed to "Classic Start". If I wanted to play with colored boxes, I'd go back to pre-school. :)

All You-Tube videos show how to do it with the silly boxes, none with the "Classic Start".

I've got a mic up and running but I can't open up a Word doc and use Voice Recognition to put words into it.

Any step-by-step instructions available so I can get it going?
