Hi, I've been pulling my hair out for the last 3 days trying to resolve this issue.
I keep getting BSOD's at random times (in games or doing nothing at all).
They all mention MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
When I look at the hardware failure log in the reliability history, every one of them mentions:
LKD_0x144
Usually :
LKD_0x144_USBHUB3_SUPERSPEED_DISABLED_UsbHub3!TelemetryData_CreateReport_VEN_2109_DEV_0810_REV_3388
But have also had :
LKD_0x144_COMMAND_ABORT_FAILED_USBXHCI!TelemetryData_CreateReport_VEN_1B21_DEV_1042_REV_00_FW_11091

My memory / RAM is solid and my PC was completely stable (never had a single BSOD crash in years) in windows 7.
The problems all started in Windows 10.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
SimonB

This may be of no help but I have been getting the same error. I have since disabled the service; freemakeutils and also unplugged any usb2 devices from my usb3 ports. The error has stopped for the last 2 days.
