Hello Everyone:

Anyone knows how it is going to take for this issue get fixed from Microsoft? Also, please advise me if there is a fixed. It definitely and incovnenience that you can't operate your computer.

Can't help you if we don't know what is the problem you are facing and what does the error message say.
