SOLVED CSV file not copying properly

I'm trying to copy my contact list to a new windows 10 computer from my Windows 7 computer. Every time I create a CSV file I tick ever box for the fields I want copied but when I import it into my new laptop a lot of the fields are unchecked. Things like surname for example. And there doesn't seem to be any way of correcting this so I just have to create another file, check all the boxes and again it leaves stuff out. Anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?

I'm exporting them from Windows Live Mail and into Windows Live Mail.

Try clicking "Name" instead of forename and surname.
