Data Security: Cloud service data-pulls without any external services configured

There is indeed a security hole confirmed by packet capture, despite removal of the backup software and having no scheduled tasks. It's from Microsoft Office click-to-run version, when idle and unbidden by me for any reason. I think the folks at tenforums.com, where I initially meant to ask about this, have it well documented.
