Oh ! I know all about Cleodesktop.... I am using the all new Ubuntu 20.04 theme

I don't know if his Deepin theme has the Deepin sounds or not.

cannot help you there, I can only suggest you scan the DeviantArt website for more info.

Here is how you can do this.
Download Deepin sound theme from github or from Deepin official website.
Then follow this procedure.
Click Start > Settings > Personalization > Themes > Advanced sound settings > select the sound then click Browse and select your personal scheme.
