DICOM image viewing software?

What software is available for me to view patient MRI, X-ray DICOm imaging on my PC or Surface Pro? Macintosh has an excellent software called Osirix to do this, but Osirix won't work on Windows

MicroDICOM is free for personal use and works on Windows:

Slicer.org is good, but more suited to 3D visualisations (i.e. if you have the volumetric data from a CT scan, you can apply filters to create 3D models of bone/soft tissue/etc...).

If you're using this for commercial use or are willing to pay for software, RadiAnt may be more suitable:

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but I thought it may be useful to note for anyone comparing the two options above. I was previously using MicroDICOM, but I've switched to using Radiant for DICOM viewing, and it is a huge improvement - at least for me. Being able to do multiplanar reconstructions is extremely useful.
