Does any one know why MS will not release the new build ISO until the same build is released in Slow ring.
Why not during Fast ring release ?
I tried to google for answer via Windows blog and Gabrie Aul's twit. Can't find the reason for this practice.

Maybe they want to get it out to the fast lane people to look for possible issues before releasing to the slow lane. It's possible they want the .iso to be as functional as possible for any new users or those who elect the slow lane to avoid having to deal with problems.

From what I hear about Spartan, that very well could be the case. Maybe they want to fine tune Spartan a bit before very many people get a hold of it.
