Edge Keeps Asking If I Want To Save

I have the downloads settings on my Microsoft Edge (version 80, Chromium) set to just download files without asking but it keeps asking me.

Here's what I get when clicking the download button on the screen.

Here’s how to switch it off:

• Click the more button in the menu (three dots) and go to Settings.
• Click View advanced settings.
• Under Downloads, toggle Ask me what to do with each download off.
• Optional: If you don’t want downloads to go to your Downloads folder, you can change the location by clicking Change under Save downloaded files to and browse to the location where you want to save the files.
