Since upgrading to Windows 10 I just discovered that I have 2 Favorites folders.

C:\User\my name\Favorites
Details:
188 kb
1.73 mb
1010 files
91 folders
Created 2 Feb 2011
Marked as Read-Only

The other one is:
C:\users\my name\Documents\Favorites
Details:
408 kb
476 kb
903 files
87 folders
Created 2 Feb 2011
Marked as Read-Only

So what give?
Can I just copy ALL from one place to the other? Why has this happened?
And most important of all, where should my Favorites folder be located...in Documents or Users?
Now I wonder if other folders are duplicated!!

Thank you for any help or suggestions.
