My daughter has two accounts on her surface laptop 2 - one personal and one for work. Her personal account is also the administrator account. File explorer works fine in her personal account. When she tries to open file explorer in her work account it opens and says "working on it". Then when she clicks in the file explorer window "not responding" appears, the window fades, and the loading spinning wheel goes on and on (not sure of its proper name). And it stays like that until she closes the window. We have tried fixes for file explorer not responding, but none worked. The fixes also appear to be for a general problem with file explorer not working, rather than it working on one account but not another. Can anyone help?
