Updated to windows 10 from windows 8.1 . When I click on file explorer my computer freezes . If I right click and then click on any of the items in the list like Documents the computer grinds away a few seconds and then nothing. . In trouble shooting I did find that file explorer was offline but I have no idea on how to get it online. I also attempted to run sfc/scannow but nothing happened. So now I can not get my Documents,pictures,music,downloads, etc. HELP
