First day and major issues

Just upgraded today. All browsers slow and crashing, outlook crashing, adobe crashing. None of this ever happened before. This is my work computer and I'm going to have to switch back because I can't get things done. I'm amazed that I finally got on and was able to type this. NOT HAPPY!! Is there something I missed or need to do to fix this?

That would certainly be my first choice. You can afford the time nor the risk of possibly making things worse instead of better if this is a computer that you rely on to actually get your work done.
