Fresh Install from ISO

I just downloaded Win10_English_x32.iso from Microsoft. I intend to install it on a new system with no prior OS, so I'll be purchasing a Windows 10 Home license from MS.

Will the following steps work:

Booting from a DVD created from the ISO.
Install using product key purchased from Microsoft.

MS support seem to be suggesting only the download link from the license purchase will work.

If you are installing the same Edition (Home or Pro) as your License purchase then yes. The bit version is irrelevant as the license will activate either bit version. They only want their money from the difference in features of each Editions.
