I have a windows 10 laptop connected to CPE connected to NTE (SRX340).
Ping to facebook IPv6 address works from WAN interface on CPE, no problems there.
From the Windows 10 laptop I can ping the CPE IPv6 WAN interface. However, when I try and ping the other end of the connection on the SRX, I am getting the following from the command prompt:
Transmit failed : General failure ---- for 2 minutes, timed. Followed by
Success --- For 2 minutes then general failure again for 2 minutes.... and so on, continuously.
Any ideas why this would occur?
I was originally thinking using the wrong protocol, but that makes no sense unless it is switching between them, and that would not be good....
Thanks
