SOLVED Group Contacts

OK. Outlook links to your account, probably your MS account. MS doesn't support groups on it's own exchange accounts.

What I do is have another account which is an IMAP one, then create a new folder of type "Contact Items" in that account. Once I have done that, I can create groups and populate them from my existing contacts.

It all works for me, but there may be a better way that someone can suggest.

I have this same issue, but don't understand how you solved it. I used group mailings in my business a lot and now am lost without it:(
