How to delete these 3 folders, under This PC???

How to delete these 3 folders, under This PC???

One says Util and the other 2 are blank. No properties. Zero bytes Have not found them in registry. Cannot delete them. Just remnants of when I renamed, copied some directories and such.

I tried Regedit, Registrar Registry Manager programs which I have happily used for years. Did the usual Google research. Just cannot figure it out.

Zero bytes, when click on them get attached picture


Ran usual chkkdsk and all that. There is no virus or any malware that I know for sure. DO not know CLSID for them or if that matters, do not know if these are store in something called MRUBAGs, etc... Never had this happen before.
Thanks for any ideas. Quite perplexing....

try give the blank folders a name then right click properties /advanced/ select "folder is ready for archiving"

then use delete see if that solves the problem
