How to put Win 10 on my Android tablet and phone

Is it possible to install Win 10 on my Android devices? If so, how do I do it? If not, can I still use OpenDrive on my tablet and mobile?

No. It is because of difference of cpu architecture.
Androids use arm architecture.
Windows use x86 architecture.

P.S. There is an article saying that MS is considering just that.

If you mean OneDrive, the answer is yes. You can find it in Google Store.
