SOLVED HP printer printing as negative

all of a sudden my hp printer is printing on my pc in negative. on the wifes pc it prints good but if i print anything i get all black pages and white letters. i looked in the properties and i do not see where i can change that.

my printer is the hp HL_L2340D model so maybe i need to uninstall the printer and drivers and reinstall them? any ideas? thanks

Are you sure it is from HP?, according to Google it is from Brother!. Try downloading the driver package:

This issue is caused by a recent update to the generic printer driver that is installed on your computer. To resolve this issue, please delete the existing printer driver, and reinstall the printer driver using the following steps:

yes your correct. the wife jap slapped me when i told her i asked win10 about a hp printer. man that hurt. so what i did was go to brother and download some drivers and those reinstalled the printer. so then i printed a test page and it works. i had a brain fart when i was asking about an hp. but thanks for setting straight.
