I cant activate my windows 10

I upgraded my Win 8.1 Single Language to Win 10 Home Single Language

after some times i decided to do a clean install so i created a media with USB recently, when i do install, i dont see any Windows 10 Home Single Language..

The only thing available are Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Home... so i picked Windows 10 Home and after everything is settled i cannot activate it.... how to change from Home to Home Single Language? or atleast where can i find the Media Creation for Windows 10 Home Single Language?
