I Can't Log In on Start up, please help

Hi all, I am seriously stuck here. I've upgraded my brother's business pc to Windows 10, but now, after downloading apps and setup, it restarted and I can't log in! It seems the Microsoft Account email is not the correct one and I don't know how to get past this and log in with the correct Microsoft email account. I so hope someone can help me asap, please. I need to get it fixed now. Thanks and waiting in anticipation for your answer.
