I can't sign in to my MS account in windows 10. I get error message: user profile service failed to

I tried restarting but all i get is sign in page and error message again. I cannot restart in safe mode, doesn't work. I tried several ways to restart in safe mode....all failed. I cannot use my laptop. Please help! Thank you in advance!

I think, you're going to need to enable the hidden administrator's account to rescue your computer.
It's not easy, but it works as long as you're patient and cautious and follow the steps.
