I think that my apps lost the privilege to write files in their folder

Okay so i was trying to inport a song for a game called osu! but it said that it failed even if i started the program as administartor.
and next day i tried to install discord and it failed too
i also tried to extract a file with winrar and it said acces denied (i tried with 10 files that where working before)
i think windows doesnt allow the apps to create/edit files
I TRIED EVERYTHING WITH ADMIN PRIVILEGES
PLEASE HELP

sounds to me like it is set READ ONLY, you need to remove the READ ONLY.
