Incredimail Folders lost

Can you find your IM (IncrediMail) folder?

In addition to the folder it suggests looking at, you may also inspect the Windows.OLD folder if you still have one on your drive.

I followed these instructions and when I get to the screen to select All Folders, no folder name shows and Next is grayed out. Can anyone help please?
