Insignia tablet windows 10 reinstall failure loop

I have an Insignia tablet that I tried to reinstall windows10 on that failed and now is caught in a reboot loop help

In checking to see if I could find any help for your problem, I came across this.....

Looks like you may need an OTG cable, through which you would attach a USB hub, and then a keyboard (to get into the BIOS for the boot menu) along with a USB thumbdrive containing the installation media to that hub.
Looks like a usb mouse might also come in handy.
