Installation Disc

I purchased a new Lenovo Z70 win 8.0 which offered a free upgrade to win 10.
The up grade appeared to be OK except that the C dive refers to the OS as 8.0 but I have checked that the upgrade did load. What I really what to know is can I obtain an installation disc of win 10, if so how or where. At the moment I am backing up to an external drive using Acronis 11..

To Add. You will need to rename C: manually.

Thanks guys for your prompt reply.
Will the up grade be exactly the same as a fresh load from a win 10 installation disc.

One other point. Do you advise removing the backup win 8.1 from the D drive and backing up the C drive onto this partion.
