installation discs will not work

Hi I am a newbie after win 10 crash I had a computer reset done but now when I insert any installation discs nothing happens they do not spin can any one help please thank you in advance

How did you do this and what did it entail? What was the results of the "reset" are you still on Windows 10 or did you reset to some factory image or previous disk image of Windows?

What is the source of these "installation discs" are they factory discs or something that you have created from an ISO or other method?
Have you adjusted your System Setup Utility (BIOS) to boot from your optical drive first (assuming the "installation disc" is DVD / Optical Media)?
