Internet connection lost after waking up from 'sleep/hib' mode

Hi everyone,

I put my desktop to sleep/hib at night and wake it up in the morning. I lost internet connection every time it wake up. I have to reboot it to get internet again.
I ran the network troubleshooter and this is the error message. Please advise on how to fix this.

Hi eppix,

open the firewall and check if your network apps are allowed or blocked!.

Control Panel > Windows Defender Firewall > Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender. (Change settings).

Open Device Manager
Expand Network adapters
Right click the problem adapter and choose properties
Select the Power Management tab along the top
Make sure that allow the computer to turn off this device to save power is not checked.
