SOLVED Internet connectivity with W10

Since my upgrade to W10 from W7 Ultimate I have been having connectivity issues. Specifically my connection terminates frequently many times per day causing me to unplug my wireless receiver then plug it back in. My wifi unit is a Netgear N300 USB adapter model WNA3100. I updated the software from Netgear but it hasn't had any affect on the issue. Any suggestions?

Problem solved. I don't know why or how but the LAN setting in my mother board bios somehow got switched to enabled resulting in a conflict between the mother board LAN and the wifi adapter. I disabled the LAN and all is working well now.
