Internet speed test good, but I still get buffering!

Hello all, my internet provider is Wightfibre, on the Isle of Wight.

On a speed test I got 27.59 Mbps down, 3.01 Mbps up with a 9 ms ping.


All should be good except I get a lot of buffering on web pages.

The problem is worse when using FaceTime, a system like Skype.

The picture freezes up and often loses the sound.

Any thoughts on this?

Have you tried it on a different machine yet? If so and it is the same issue, I would say that it is not you or your machines rather your provider...

Yes i have tried it on two Win 10 computers & my iPhone.
I will contact Wightfibre on Monday.
