kb4041676 installation error.

I have reinstalled Windows last night and I have been trying to install the available updates. But the KB4041676 update refuses to install no matter what.
I have tried resetting windows update, repairing with DISM but no luck.
I have downloaded the offline installer and it throws error 0x8007000d error (image attached).

You have restarted yoiur system? It may take some time for the update process to catch up. Windows will go through your files to see what you need.

Otherwise, the error. i don't remember seeing that one and do no know what data it might be referring to.

Of course, if you did a clean install, you might have waited until this afternoon and downloaded the new build and installed that. I suppose there is a small possibility your situation may be related to the release of the new build.
