Hey,
I have a Dell Precision 3510 with Window 10 Pro (64bit) and lately i've started experiencing weird behaviors when putting the computers to sleep.
Seems like when the charger is plugged in, getting to computer in and out of sleep works well, but when pulling the charger out, putting the computer to sleep is shutting it down (all work is lost).
I've ran Dell diagnostics boot and the hardware (memory, fan, HD etc ..) is intact, in addition, I did not see any abnormal log issues in event viewer.
This happens when closing the lid (set to sleep in power plan options) or when explicitly putting to computer to sleep.

Obviously I've checked the battery and it's in good condition, diagnostics test passed without issues and I've never experienced any issues working on battery, just when putting it to sleep.

Any ideas ?

Thanks ..
